Payment Options

We want to make purchasing as easy and convenient as possible so we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashier's Check, as well as Personal Checks. All personal checks must list current address; phone number and driver's license number. Personal checks received without this information will be held until clearance from the bank (approx. 1-2 weeks). Returned check fee is $35.00.

At GloryBee we believe in preserving your personal information in the securest way possible. All transactions are done over fully secured server connections to insure your credit card and personal information will not end up in the wrong hands.

Cancel an Order

Order Minimums

There is no minimum online order for retail. The wholesale order minimum is $200.00. Please visit our wholesale website to request a wholesale account, place orders, and view our wholesale product listings.

Return Policy

If you want to return an item, please call. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS: 1) Item must be in original carton and in good condition, 2) Returned within 30 days of receipt, 3) Returned to location of original purchase, 4) Original receipt required. LIMITATIONS: 1) In most cases a 10% restocking fee will be charged, 2) to ensure purity, we cannot exchange or offer refunds on beeswax foundation or food products, 3) we cannot accept returns on medications, chemicals or books, 4) return authorization form must be included with all returned items. This form will be issued from a GloryBee Foods Customer Service Representative. Returns without an authorization form and number will not be accepted. EXCEPTION: If we made an error, we will give full refund and pay freight both ways.

Change an Order

To change your order, please call us immediately, toll-free at 1-800-456-7923. We will do everything in our power to help change your order, but if the order has been shipped we will have billed you already; items can be returned as long as they meet the guidelines on our return policy.

Damaged Freight

All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. shipping point. This legal term simply means that all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier. The freight carrier is responsible for the complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition. It is your responsibility to file a damage or loss claim with the freight carrier. If you need help when filing a claim, please contact us.

Liability

Because conditions of use are beyond our control, we offer no warranty or representation, express or implied, except that all products conform to the description provided by the manufacturer on sales literature or product labels. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

International Export Ordering

GloryBee Foods can ship to just about any country in the world. Please note that shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at the time of shipment and cannot be calculated on the website. Export shipments are subject to payment in U.S. funds. Honey Bees and Queen Bees cannot be shipped overseas. All freight for export orders must include the cost of insurance. All export orders will be shipped through UPS, unless otherwise specified. Export orders shipped through carriers other than UPS are shipped at the customer's own risk. UPS calculates duty and customs fees at the time of delivery. Back Order Policies

If any items are out of stock on your order, a customer service representative will contact you via email and/or phone. We can either hold your order until the out of stock item comes in or remove the item.

Lead Time

Due to delivery times varying from where you are located, please allow 10 days to 2 weeks for the delivery of product from the time of your order. In some instances (before holidays) delivery may take up to 3 weeks.
